Snapdeal partnership with MP Govt

SnapDeal, India's largest online marketplace, announced its partnership with the Madhya Pradesh government's leading business institution working in the area of strengthening and growing local businesses - MP Laghu Udyog  Nigam. A MOU was signed in the presence of Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister (CM) of Madhya Pradesh at the Yuva Udyami Panchayat held on May 20, 2015 in Bhopal. 

As a part of this association, Snapdeal will empower small and medium businesses with the knowledge of business tools, digital insights and marketing skills to start selling their products online and will also extend parallel assistance for strengthening logistics. Madhya Pradesh Government and Snapdeal's efforts are in the direction of creating a future ready and efficient digital ecosystem within the state and thereby enable the MSMEs to tap wider opportunities and encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship among them.
